## Frameless stairs and balconies

Side-mounted standoffs, slim black or stainless handrails, marble landings that must stay clean. We spec thickness for the span and height, laminate where the drop requires it, and set the glass so it follows the pitch of the stair — not a series of steps that look ‘adjusted’.

## Shopfronts and interior glass walls

Frameless double doors with long pull handles, full-height interior walls, and openings that still need a swing. Protective film stays on until handover. If the slab is out, we tell you before we cut — not after the panel is on the truck.

## Tempered and laminated, for this climate

Stairs and doors are tempered. Overheads and some balcony spans are laminated. Edges are polished. We do not leave raw cuts on a villa stair that guests will see every day.

### Do you cut glass to custom sizes?

Yes. That is the job. We measure the opening, cut, edge and temper to that size. We do not force a stock panel into a villa stair and call the gap a ‘tolerance’.

### Is stair glass tempered?

Yes. Balustrades and doors are tempered. Where the drop or overhead requires laminated glass, we spec that in the quote before we cut.

### Can you replace a cracked stair panel?

Usually yes. Send a photo of the damaged panel and the adjacent ones. We re-measure — stairs move — and recut so the replacement lines up with the handrail.

### Do you install balcony glass in Muscat villas?

Yes. Clear panels in dark aluminium frames or standoff systems, specified for wind and for how the balcony is used.
