Al Mawaleh, Mawaleh South and the Seeb-side compounds often need a package: replacement grids, a wood-grain entry, balcony glass, sometimes a garden room. Coordinators send us the elevation and which rooms overheat. We spec tint on west and south, match powder coat to what is already on the street, and write dates so other trades are not waiting on a surprise.
